Inbound Email on EOL via IMAP

If you prefer to configure your Inbound Email in Agiloft to receive messages from Exchange Online via IMAP, then the administrator must run the PowerShell command Set-TransportConfig –HeaderPromotionModeSetting MustCreate to prevent EOL from removing custom mail headers.

Be aware, that the command forces each new custom email header (e.g. x-agiloft-id) to be stored in Exchange "named properties", and over time, if there are thousands of such unique header names in your practice, this could lead to "named properties exhaustion".
