Inbound Email on EOL via EWS

since Agiloft release 25

An Inbound Email should be set according to "Microsoft EWS with OAuth" (opens new window)

To authorize Agiloft's custom headers (x-agiloft-*), follow these steps. You must have a role of KB administrator.

1. Launch the Agilot Outlook add-in
2. Add a KB to the add-in
3. Login there as KB administrator.
4. Select a table running in CC-mode and wait for it to load
5. switch to the tools tab
6. in the "Admin tools" press "Let's fix it" button
